olive grove

The existing olive grove consists of local varieties, which have been undergoing a recovery process. Currently, traditional organic farming techniques are employed for olive cultivation. The estate’s enrollment in the organic certification system was completed in June 2016. The aesthetic aspect that characterizes the agricultural practices of Hortus Gymnasium is also present in this traditional production. The portions of land dedicated to the olive grove receive special care to enhance their decorative appearance.
