19th century rural building

 

In 2016, the restoration and energy redevelopment of the historic rural dwelling, originally intended for the residence of the property owner, were carried out. A great deal of design care and specialized craftsmanship in traditional building techniques were required to renovate the 90-square-meter structure while enhancing its energy efficiency and incorporating alternative energy sources, all while preserving the character of the 19th-century rural building.
